Tyler Technologies Market Opportunities, M&A and Geo Expansions
In July 2021, Tyler Technologies opened a brand new office location in Lawrenceville, Georgia, moving from its previous location in nearby Duluth, where it has been since 2009. This expansion and relocation are the results of the rapid growth of Tyler's EnerGov civic services solution. Tyler has added more than 300 EnerGov clients across 42 states to its overall client base.
In 2019, Tyler Technologies added 596 new SaaS clients, and 78 existing clients elected to convert to their SaaS model. Also, e-filing services contributed approximately $7.0 million of the subscription revenue increase in 2019.
