In April 2020, Visier responded to the Covid-19 pandemic by releasing new capabilities to their customers to track employee health and safety. This came standard to all Visier customers and remains in the platform.
In September 2019, Visier launched people analytics solution for mid-market organizations. Built from the ground up, and designed to empower mid-sized businesses with their people data, Visier brings over nine years of large enterprise customer deployments, and over eight million employee data points in its cloud-based operations to the mid-market. Visier Market Opportunities, M&A and Geo Expansions
With a management team led by John Schwarz, formerly with SAP and BusinessObjects, Visier is creating a new category of HR tech, focused purely on people analytics and planning. In April 2018 Visier reported that over the past five years, Visier has achieved a compound annual growth rate of 120 percent, and has surpassed $125 million in subscription sales.
In September 2019, Visier announced a new strategy in targeting mid-market customers, partnering with Insperity and Paycor to sell direct embedded analytics to their customers. Visier continues to drive further partnership opportunities to expand the embedded strategy and grow revenue pipeline.
Visier Risks and Challenges
Meeting the outsized expectations for a high-profile analytics company will be daunting, the same applies to scaling out its offerings to cover the full spectrum of HCM analytics challenges from hiring to workforce planning.
Visier Ecosystem, Partners, Resellers and SI
In 2019, Visier joined Ceridian’s Dayforce Software Partner Program (DSPP). The new partnership gives Visier the ability to integrate with Dayforce, Ceridian’s modern cloud HCM software platform, making it easier for mutual customers to exchange data seamlessly.
Visier sells direct mostly, but also has Referral partnerships, through firms like AON, Tata, Mercer and more - OEM, directly embedding Visier's analytics dashboard into Insperity, Paycor, etc. (This is the most significant change this year, as it opens up customers using Visier's technology from hundreds to thousands).
