Xref Market Opportunities, M&A and Geo Expansions
Xref's cloud-based software allows companies to harness the benefits of technology, supporting timely, data-driven decisions on talent acquisition and retention while reducing employers exposure to security breaches, discrimination, and potential fraud.
Xref Risks and Challenges
In an increasingly competitive market for talent, that now has a global span, the ability to attract, onboard and retain the best people requires efficient, flexible and robust recruitment processes. A lack of standardization in reference checking which simply cannot be guaranteed using the phone method - leaves organizations open to risk and these findings have certainly validated our belief in the real need for improved efficiency in recruiting to avoid fraud, hiring based on inaccurate data and ultimately, money wasted on critical stages of the hiring period.
Xref Ecosystem, Partners, Resellers and SI
Xref's integrations allow enterprise companies to seamlessly embed the Xref solution into their human resources workflow. Use of integrations to access Xref more than doubled in the final quarter of FY18 alone and at the end of the financial year 136 clients were using the Xref platform through channel partners. Sales via channel partners now contribute over 20% of sales revenue which enables Xref to expand worldwide cost-effectively.
In FY18, Xref commenced several new channel partnerships. The company's integration portfolio now includes some of the world's leading HR technology providers, including Bullhorn, Checkr, Equifax, Expr3ss!, iCIMS, Lever, Oracle Taleo, SmartRecruiters, SnapHire, Talent App Store, Workday and Zapier.
In June 2018, Xref launched its latest platform integration with a recruitment software provider, JobAdder, taking it to a total of 13 live integrations by the end of the year.
