Fire and Emergency NZ has selected Workday as its new people system to support workforce modernisation, streamline HR and payroll processes, and improve access to real-time workforce data. Originally chosen in 2023, Workday has since been designed and configured for FENZ, alongside the selection of a third-party payroll system. The organisation is now focused on integrating both solutions ahead of a simultaneous go-live.

Advocate Health, the third-largest U.S. not-for-profit health system, is now live on Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), Financial Management, and Supply Chain Management (SCM) for Healthcare. The unified platform connects workforce, financial, and supply chain data across more than 60 hospitals and 1,000 care sites, supporting 160,000 employees. Following the 2022 merger of Advocate Aurora Health and Atrium Health, Advocate Health aimed to streamline operations and improve employee and patient experiences. Workday, with PwC, helped centralize HR, finance, and supply chain processes on a single system.

Palantir and Spain’s environmental services company Valoriza have partnered to enhance Valoriza’s waste management and urban services using Palantir’s Foundry platform. The platform will unify data from IoT-enabled waste containers, vehicle fleets, city infrastructure, and workforce operations to improve route efficiency, reduce emissions, and enhance service quality. This collaboration supports Valoriza’s digital transformation by centralizing operational data for data-driven decision-making, streamlining legacy processes, and enabling scalable, AI-powered urban services.

ServiceNow has signed a multi-year agreement with Al Rajhi Bank, one of the world’s largest banks, to deploy its AI platform across HR, IT, and financial services. The platform will streamline operations, automate workflows, and enhance customer and employee experiences. ejada Systems, as ServiceNow’s consulting and implementation partner, will support deployment and management across the bank’s operations. The project aims to replace legacy systems with a unified, intelligent platform, enabling real-time decision-making, faster response times, and improved operational efficiency, marking one of the region’s largest digital transformation initiatives.

Port of Tanjung Pelepas, Malaysia’s leading transshipment hub, has selected GEP SOFTWARE to manage and monitor contracts across its business units. Using GEP’s CLM, PTP will streamline contract processes, strengthen compliance, improve visibility, and scale operations to support its growth as a major Southeast Asian port. The system is set to go live in February 2026.
