SAP Legacy SAP S/4 HANA ERP Financial ERP Financial Management n/a 2025 2025
Medplast (2025) selected and deployed SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition as its new ERP S/4 HANA application to replace a legacy system, adopting the GROW with SAP framework to standardize core business processes and support rapid scaling of a new business unit focused on medical plaster and surgical tape. The implementation targeted ERP Financial capabilities and core order-to-cash and internal approval workflows to improve compliance, scalability, and end-to-end data transparency across operations. Implementation was executed with SAP partner NETIZEN using the NETIZEN Peony localized best-practice framework and NETIZEN’s BTX methodology. The deployment integrated global business-process templates, analytics, and embedded AI capabilities to unify finance, sales order processing, approvals, and operational reporting. NETIZEN’s engagement accelerated the cloud ERP rollout and aligned Medplast’s processes with industry best practices for manufacturing and export-ready operations. The project focused on streamlining internal approval processes, reducing the order-to-cash cycle, and enhancing cost efficiency to build a digital foundation for domestic and international growth. The vendor and partner descriptions indicate a smooth and efficient implementation that established a standardized, scalable ERP Financial platform for Medplast’s future expansion.
