The phased rollout approach and packaged GROW with SAP framework provided templated configuration, change control, and go-live sequencing to accelerate adoption while minimizing disruption to plant operations. The implementation delivered explicit operational outcomes as reported by the customer, including a 90 percent increase in procurement efficiency, a 40 percent improvement in finance productivity, a 50 percent reduction in supply chain process costs, and an 80 percent reduction in data accuracy issues.
