Data flow and reporting were centralized through the RMS to provide consistent case management and cross-department situational awareness.
Governance was rationalized through vendor consolidation to standardize interfaces and operational workflows, with the stated outcomes of cost savings, more user-friendly interfaces and long-term operational efficiencies for campus safety management. The implementation restructured operational processes for dispatch, security operations and fire response by moving from multiple supplier components into a unified Public Safety Pro Suite environment.
