The implementation integrated Sabre Schedule Manager with Sabre Profit Manager and was paired with a newly developed Data Warehouse that consolidated industry datasets including capacity and PNL. Configuration work included building automated data pipelines, authoring Tableau dashboards for route planning and proposal workflows, and developing an in‑house QSI model using R to support schedule quality analysis.
Integrations explicitly included automated processes across Sabre and Navitaire, mechanisms to receive partner SSIS files and generate the airline’s SSIM outputs without a codeshare manager, and collaborative engineering with Optym to create an automated schedule optimizer. Analytics and market signals were enhanced through collaboration with Google to analyze search patterns, supporting marketing-aligned network planning decisions.
Governance and operationalization centered in Network Planning, with new automated workflows and reporting to standardize schedule intake, optimization, and profit evaluation. Sabre Schedule Manager was embedded into operational planning and profit workflows, and the program contributed directly to IndiGo’s network optimization activities.
