In 2025 Enotria implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to replace Microsoft Dynamics NAV, engaging Together Vision Technology to manage the upgrade and configuration for its ERP Financial environment. The project targeted finance, duty management and distribution workflows for a 250 person, UK based premium drinks distributor serving on trade, off trade, national groups, retail and specialist e commerce channels.
The implementation applied industry specific configuration for bonded warehouse operations and HMRC duty processing, while centralizing financial controls, inventory visibility and debtor management. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central was configured to support automated credit control, risk based order holds and ad hoc and scheduled reporting, and the environment incorporated EDI and OCR driven order capture to reduce manual order entry.
The solution integrated with a broad ecosystem of specialist applications including warehouse management, routing and scheduling, forecasting, OCR automation, delivery tracking and business intelligence to provide operational data across sites and channels. The deployment extended existing connectivity patterns established under Microsoft Dynamics NAV, preserving integrations that support duty and bonded warehouse workflows and ensuring continuity of HMRC compliance reporting.
Together Vision Technology maintained a collaborative governance model, evolving configuration and processes in line with channel diversification and increased operational volume, and embedding controls to streamline finance and distribution operations. Historical outcomes include improved financial control, faster reporting, extensive process automation with 80 percent of orders captured via EDI OCR or online channels, and two decades of proven HMRC and duty compliance, demonstrating the installed ERP Financial platform s adaptability to ongoing business change.
