Integrations were built between Oracle Cloud HCM and NGA NL Payroll, plus a range of internal and external systems to support payroll feeds, candidate and employee data synchronization, learning transcripts, and HR service interactions. The overall deployment followed a SaaS oriented architecture centered on Oracle Cloud HCM as the canonical Core HR system and integrated supplier services for NL payroll processing.
Governance included supplier management for Oracle and NGA, organizational change management within HR and broader people operations, and cross functional coordination between HR and IT for rollout and cutover activities. The program scope covered HR business functions including payroll administration, talent acquisition, onboarding, learning and HR service delivery under a centralized Core HR platform.
