Oracle Legacy Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ERP Financial ERP n/a 2014 2014
In 2014 Pacific Coast Producers deployed Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne as its ERP Financial platform. The deployment targeted enterprise financial management and tightly integrated business functions supporting manufacturing, warehousing, label casing, sales, marketing and distribution across PCPs United States operations, with the Applications Development organization leading the effort. Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne was configured to deliver core financial modules including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and fixed assets, together with manufacturing and distribution capabilities such as shop floor management, inventory control, order management and procurement. Configuration emphasized transaction flows that link production and packing operations to cost accounting and billing to support private label manufacturing workflows. The Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne implementation was integrated with a custom Data Systems International warehousing system for warehouse operations and with IBM Gentran for EDI communications to major retail and food service customers. The ERP also fed the analytics and data layers through integrations with QlikView for reporting, Denodo for data virtualization and Wherescape for data warehousing, while Workforce Software handled time and attendance integration and ADP managed payroll interfaces. Governance and operational ownership remained within Pacific Coast Producers Applications Development, which combined DevOps and application support responsibilities to manage release orchestration, configuration management and cross functional process alignment. The effort established centralized ERP Financial controls and standardized transactional handoffs between finance, operations and distribution to support ongoing operational workflows.

Microsoft Legacy Microsoft 365 Collaboration Collaboration n/a 2017 2017
In 2017, Pacific Coast Producers implemented Microsoft 365 as its primary Collaboration platform. The Microsoft 365 deployment was provisioned as a cloud tenant to support organization-wide collaboration for a mid-cap consumer packaged goods firm with approximately 4,000 employees, aligning the application to core business communication and document workflows. The Microsoft 365 implementation includes standard Collaboration capabilities such as Exchange Online for enterprise email, SharePoint Online for intranet and document management, OneDrive for personal file storage, and Microsoft Teams for chat and meetings. Configuration emphasizes centralized content libraries, document versioning, and shared team workspaces to support product planning, quality, and supply chain communications. Public site artifacts indicate Microsoft 365 is also referenced on the corporate website, reflecting integration between external web assets and the Microsoft 365 tenant for content authoring or published resources. Operational coverage spans corporate functions that rely on collaborative document lifecycles and internal communications, including marketing, operations, and administrative teams. Governance appears to follow a centralized tenant model, with role based access, retention and data protection policies typical of Microsoft 365 governance, and staged rollout across business units to standardize collaboration patterns. The narrative focuses on system architecture and functional scope rather than specific measured outcomes.
