The implementation began with Phase I on Oracle E-Business Suite R12 12.0.4 covering Oracle Financials, Purchasing and Inventory, and was subsequently upgraded to R12 12.1.3. Phase II expanded the footprint to include HR, Payroll, HR Self Service, Project Costing and Project Billing, with functional coverage explicitly spanning General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Purchasing, Inventory, and Projects costing and billing. The project included configuration of i-expenses and standard Oracle Financials workflows appropriate to a multi-org enterprise. Integrations and complementary solutions implemented alongside Oracle E-Business Suite included the i-Supplier portal, Oracle Fusion Procurement, Oracle Taleo Recruiting and Onboarding cloud, and connectors to third party systems plus Power BI for reporting. The program also delivered a group-wide Treasury Solution and a successful VAT implementation consistent with regional tax requirements. Governance and delivery were led by the internal IT Core Applications team, with the IT Manager Core Applications performing business analysis, requirements gathering, functional test plan development, user training and full cycle implementation and upgrade project management from planning through completion. Support and stabilization activities included issue resolution, bug fixes and configuration tuning across multiple environments, and ongoing user support for Financials, Procurement, Inventory and Projects modules.

Microsoft Legacy Microsoft Power BI Analytics and BI Analytics and BI n/a 2017 2017
In 2017, ASGC Group implemented Microsoft Power BI as a central component of an enterprise Analytics and BI initiative driven by executive management. The Microsoft Power BI deployment was part of a documented three year analytics and cloud roadmap, developed with executive and CEO-level sponsorship to establish a cloud first and BI first strategy for ASGC Group. The implementation focused on standard Analytics and BI capabilities including data modeling, ETL orchestration, interactive dashboards, and self service reporting to support construction and real estate operational decision making. Microsoft Power BI was used to surface analytics for a labor and asset tracking Internet of Things initiative, enabling consolidated visualization and operational reporting tied to the project objective of optimizing labor productivity by 6 percent. The solution architecture integrated Microsoft Power BI with Microsoft Azure infrastructure components, leveraging Azure SQL DB for relational data storage, Azure Machine Learning for advanced analytics workflows, and Office 365 and SharePoint Online for content and collaboration. Power BI dashboards consumed telemetry and workforce data from the IoT labor and asset tracking implementation, and were instrumented to report against the Laborer HRMS, Payroll, and the corporate Intranet which were also placed on cloud architectures designed and architected during the program. Governance and rollout were coordinated at the executive level, with direct interfacing with the CEO to approve and enforce the BI and cloud first vision, and with procurement participation in solution selection and purchasing exceeding 3,000,000 USD. The program leadership also led architectural design and budget planning for cloud services and allocated more than 2,000,000 USD to the IoT labor and asset tracking initiative, while documenting a three year roadmap to guide staged analytics and cloud adoption across ASGC Group.
