Post-implementation outcomes documented by the company include disappearance of spreadsheets and manual calculations, all manufacturing formulas captured in the system, improved inventory and material costing accuracy, a reduction in monthly reconciliation from 20 to 25 days down to less than a week, and lower outside CPA monthly billings. |
