The team preserved continuity with existing Sage products, and the implementation addressed the company requirement to integrate with Sage ACT! contact management to eliminate duplicate data entry between CRM and accounting systems. Governance and process change were coordinated with Sygnvs, who adapted the implementation plan when Submar accelerated its move into manufacturing one month before go-live, ensuring the software fit new production processes rather than forcing business process changes. Post-implementation outcomes documented by the company include disappearance of spreadsheets and manual calculations, all manufacturing formulas captured in the system, improved inventory and material costing accuracy, a reduction in monthly reconciliation from 20 to 25 days down to less than a week, and lower outside CPA monthly billings. |
