In 2015, the global Construction and Real Estate applications market grew 1% to approach nearly $7.7 billion in license, maintenance and subscription revenues.
Last year Microsoft led the pack with 6.6% market share and $510 million in Construction and Real Estate product revenues, even do its Construction and Real Estate revenues dropped -5% in license, maintenance and subscription revenues. Oracle was No. 2 achieving 6% share, RealPage was the third at 6% and SAP and Yardi were fourth and fifth place with 3% and 3%, respectively.
