Governance and rollout activities included preparing detailed test scripts, performing multiple levels of unit and system testing, and supporting business users through user acceptance testing. Change management deliverables included preparing end user training materials and conducting training sessions for business users to embed new absence workflows and approval routing within HR operations.
Post go live support emphasized business user support and daily operational assistance, ongoing maintenance of setup data and query reports, and continuing annual PUM upgrades to keep Oracle PeopleSoft Absence Management current within the Absence and Leave Management landscape.
