The implementation was coordinated alongside other cloud migrations during the same program, and the solution was positioned to feed structured valuation data into downstream business planning workflows.
Governance and rollout were managed under senior IT project management oversight with a formal business case completed prior to adoption of the cloud service. Post-implementation support followed the creation of a centralized business Application Support team established during the programme, with process standardization and scheduled release cycles used to enforce disciplined valuation and reporting practices.
