In 2021, 1 & Only Insurance implemented Microsoft Clarity on its public website. The deployment positioned Microsoft Clarity as a Marketing Analytics solution to capture visitor behavior for the companys single-site, United States-focused online presence and small operational footprint of 10 employees.
The implementation relied on client-side JavaScript instrumentation via the Microsoft Clarity tracking snippet, enabling session recordings, heatmaps, click and scroll maps and funnel observation consistent with Marketing Analytics workflows. Data collection was scoped to the website and oriented toward marketing and UX use cases, with configuration focused on session-level behavioral capture and aggregated interaction metrics; rollout governance emphasized tag placement in site templates and adherence to web privacy and consent controls for analytics.
