Continuum Applied Technology Legacy Continuum CORRIDOR Aviation Foundation Aviation ERP ERP Services and Operations n/a 2022 2022
In 2022, 1 Vision Aviation implemented Continuum CORRIDOR Aviation Foundation as its Aviation ERP to manage parts and inventory activities at the Salina, KS site. The Continuum CORRIDOR Aviation Foundation deployment was centered on parts receiving and inventory operations used by parts clerks responsible for Saab, Airbus, Bombardier and other aircraft component families. The implementation configured core operational capabilities for inventory cycle counts, receipt processing, and parts master data entry, with explicit workflows for inputting parts into the receiving system. The Aviation ERP configuration included transactional receiving, inventory record maintenance, and procure-to-stock ordering workflows used to place supply orders for the company. Operational integration included direct use of Corridor as the receiving system and routine handoff to Microsoft Excel spreadsheets for organizing and reconciling aircraft parts data, reflecting a hybrid system of record and spreadsheet-based operational reporting. The deployment covered parts and inventory functions within maintenance and operations teams, and was in active daily use by parts clerks from August 2022 through August 2023. Governance centered on role based responsibilities for parts clerks, established cycle count cadence, and communications protocols to update coworkers on parts status. Process changes emphasized disciplined receiving procedures, standardized parts input into Continuum CORRIDOR Aviation Foundation, and continued reliance on spreadsheet artifacts for ad hoc data organization and reporting.
