The deployment is scoped to the customer-facing site at https://www.101oceanlbts.com and is operated by internal marketing and IT personnel who manage content updates, site administration, and routine platform maintenance. Governance emphasized editorial workflows and role based permissions within the Joomla 3.9 administrator console, with updates and extension lifecycle management performed through the CMS interface. This implementation positioned Joomla 3.9 as the central Web Content Management system for 101 Ocean's online presence.
