In 2022, 1980Books implemented Haraloyalty on its website. The deployment uses Haraloyalty to deliver Customer Engagement,Customer Analytics capabilities for the Vietnam-based professional services firm with a ten-person operations team, concentrating on the customer-facing web storefront and online buyer journeys.
Haraloyalty was configured to centralize loyalty program management, campaign orchestration, customer segmentation and web behavior tracking, aligning marketing and customer service functions under a single application. The implementation embedded Haraloyalty front-end scripts and site widgets to capture event and profile data and provisioned an analytics dashboard for customer activity and campaign visibility.
