Front desk activities were closely aligned to RealPage YieldStar outputs, including responding to daily CRM cue items, informing prospects of new lowered pricing, conducting virtual tours and closing leases, and generating lease agreement documents and welcome letters. Operational usage connected RealPage YieldStar-driven quotes and documentation with incumbent property systems and manual processes, staff uploaded information and documents to the CRM, added new move ins to the maintenance wall board calendar, performed package audits for the Luxer locker system both online and hands on, and managed keys and fobs via key-track. Rentable assignments such as parking and storage were tracked alongside Excel lists and resident service requests were entered to coordinate maintenance repairs. Governance and workflow changes emphasized end to end leasing and move in procedures, staff followed checklists for document collection including ID and paystubs, verified income qualifications, filed paperless move in checklists, distributed notices and saved memos, and maintained timely email and message response practices. These structured procedures supported the operational objective of improving and maintaining a high occupancy rating quickly.
