| Greenview Data | Legacy | Greenview Data | Secure Email Gateways (SEGs) | CyberSecurity | n/a | 2022 | 2022 | In 2022, 21St Century Healthcare deployed Greenview Data Secure Email Gateways (SEGs) to manage email traffic associated with its public website and corporate communications. The implementation documents Greenview Data as the company level Secure Email Gateways (SEGs) instance responsible for pre delivery inspection of inbound and outbound messages. For a 10 employee distribution business, the deployment scope targeted email flows originating from website contact forms and the corporate inbox estate that handles customer inquiries and supplier communications. Greenview Data was provisioned via its administrative console for centralized policy management, quarantine handling, and logging, with a configuration approach proportionate to a small enterprise that minimizes administrative overhead. The deployment model emphasized cloud hosted filtering and simple administrative workflows to match the company size. Greenview Data Secure Email Gateways (SEGs) was configured to provide core SEG capabilities including inbound and outbound filtering, spam and malware scanning, phishing detection, attachment inspection and quarantine, and protocol enforcement through TLS and SPF DKIM DMARC validation. Policy rules were implemented for sender reputation and content filtering, with automated suppression lists and bulk message handling to reduce manual triage. Administrative quarantine review workflows and alerting were enabled for the small security and support team. Operational governance established a small administrator group responsible for policy updates, scheduled quarantine reviews by customer support, and retention of audit logs for message investigations. Rollout was executed as a website tied configuration that centralized email protection for public facing forms and internal mailboxes, and training focused on admin console operations and message triage procedures. | |
