Operational scope is concentrated on customer facing channels and small business governance, with administrative controls managed through the Smile UI console and marketing staff configuring program rules, reward tiers, and communication templates. Integrations are limited to the website implementation, embedding Smile UI into the storefront and connecting loyalty workflows to on site account and checkout flows, while the Smile UI admin is used to configure points, rewards, referral and VIP tier behaviors. Implementation work was proportionate to a 10 employee consumer packaged goods brand in Malaysia, emphasizing simple site embedding and console based configuration rather than extensive backend orchestration.
