In 2022, 4Wall Entertainment implemented FreightPOP to centralize regional carrier control and consolidate parcel and freight booking for event logistics. FreightPOP was deployed as the Transportation Management platform supporting inbound and outbound shipments across North America, directly linking the 4Wall Entertainment FreightPOP Transportation Management relationship to operations and logistics functions.
The deployment configured FreightPOP to manage consolidated parcel and LTL freight booking, regional carrier selection, and real time shipment visibility and tracking, using booking orchestration and tracking capabilities to streamline workflows. Configuration emphasized unified quote capture through to booking to shorten the interval between quote and shipment initiation and to support rapid carrier tendering.
Operational coverage focused on event rentals, with the system used by operations and logistics teams for inbound vendor deliveries and outbound customer shipments at regional event sites across North America. The implementation standardized carrier tendering and centralized shipment visibility, enabling faster ad hoc carrier changes and improved responsiveness during event staging and turn down.
As described in FreightPOP's case study the program significantly reduced quote to ship times and improved last minute carrier responsiveness and tracking for event rentals. Governance centered on centralized booking workflows and visibility dashboards to support logistics decision making and operational control during event execution.
