In 2016, 72Jie China implemented Kingdee Galaxy Cloud Catering to standardize operations across its retail restaurant portfolio. The deployment targeted Restaurant Management capabilities for more than 100 stores, with regional focus in Guangdong and broader China operational coverage.
The implementation configured supply chain, POS, central kitchen, financials and HR modules to create integrated operational workflows. Kingdee Galaxy Cloud Catering was used to connect POS systems and OMS external order channels with central kitchen and centrally distributed supply chain processes, enabling end to end data flow across order capture, fulfilment and accounting.
Integrations were structured to synchronize point of sale transactions, external ordering channels, central kitchen production schedules and finance ledgers, preserving transactional fidelity from store level to headquarters. Operational scope included inventory management at stores, central kitchen production orchestration and finance reconciliation, supporting peak order periods and daily replenishment cycles.
Governance and rollout emphasized centralized data orchestration and process standardization, with configuration to support centrally distributed supply chain workflows and finance consolidation across sites. The project delivered measurable operational improvements, cutting inventory to approximately 0.4 days and improving peak order throughput as reported in vendor and partner case materials.
