Deployment centered on research operations and client services, where Decipher was used to build online surveys, script interview guides, prepare discussion guides for moderated sessions and capture data from both online and in‑person fieldwork. Operational use covered full project management tasks recorded in project briefs and job cost estimates, supplier coordination and regular client liaison during field execution, analysis and presentation phases. Governance and workflow changes included standardized project briefing and script review processes, structured briefings for moderators and interviewers, and supplier management routines to support international fieldwork. The implementation supported both qualitative moderation and quantitative data collection workflows, enabling the research team to manage end to end studies from questionnaire build to delivery of client reports. Outcomes documented during the period include completion of an international research project for a luxury automotive manufacturer that informed a product redevelopment, and expansion of a van manufacturer account that generated an additional £80k in revenue for 7th Sense Research UK.
