In 2025, Fresha implemented Symmetrical to centralise HR and payroll operations for its Warsaw office. The deployment targeted Core HR capabilities to standardise HR and payroll processes across Fresha's Poland operations.
Symmetrical was configured to automate onboarding workflows, generate and distribute payslips, and provide real time HR reporting. Implemented modules included employee onboarding automation, payroll processing and payslip distribution, and live HR analytics and reporting using the Symmetrical application.
Operational scope covered the Warsaw office and HR and payroll responsibilities for Poland, consolidating processes that had previously been managed locally. The implementation introduced employee self service for payslips and onboarding, shifting transactional HR tasks to a self service model and reducing manual payroll work.
Governance emphasis was placed on centralised reporting and process standardisation for HR in Poland, enabling HR teams to access consistent operational dashboards and maintain improved audit trails. Outcomes explicitly recorded include reduced manual payroll work, enabled employee self service for payslips and onboarding, and improved operational transparency and reporting for HR in Poland.
