Operationally the deployment covered the outsourcing and finance teams responsible for managing partner billings, requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice processing across HSNs outsourcing relationships. Integrations were implemented between Coupa Invoice and the Coupa Procure to Pay system to ensure PO driven invoice matching and to align requisition approvals with downstream payment authorization processes. Governance and process ownership were embedded with the teams that managed outsourcing partner performance, change management, and procurement approvals, leveraging Coupa Invoice for invoice routing, PO controls, and exception handling. The rollout emphasized operational controls, requisition and PO reconciliation, and maintaining approval workflows to support ongoing supplier billing and payment authorization activities.
