Operational scope included the operations function and onsite point of sale teams across European locations, providing a single control plane for device inventory and status management. The implementation aligned device management with business functions for order processing and cash handling, enabling centralized visibility into device health and configuration state across multiple restaurants. Governance and rollout emphasized fleet control and faster provisioning workflows, enabling shorter device deployment times for numerous new openings across Europe. According to Alberto Vernazza Head of Operations, Ermetix provided total control of the device fleet and ensured continuous updating and monitoring of devices. |
