Viewpoint ProContractor was used for both transactional processing and routine accounting tasks, including assisting the company accountant with billing and invoice handling. Operational ownership remained with HR, payroll, and accounting teams, with staff trained to navigate and use Viewpoint ProContractor to perform all listed activities. The rollout emphasized role based access and process standardization for timesheet submission, payroll run cadence, new hire documentation, cash posting, and AR aging reviews to align office and field workflows under the Construction ERP platform.
