| FIS Global | Legacy | FIS Integrated Payables | AP Automation | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2011 | 2011 |
In 2011 A2Dominion Group implemented FIS Integrated Payables as a targeted AP Automation deployment to strengthen accounts payable controls and link payment workflows into the company finance and treasury operating model. The implementation was positioned to support treasury cash forecasting, monthly management accounts preparation, and routine accounting of intercompany transactions and loan and derivatives reporting across the finance and treasury functions.
FIS Integrated Payables was configured to provide core AP Automation capabilities including invoice capture and validation, approval workflow orchestration, vendor master controls, payment file generation, and payment reconciliation. Configuration work emphasized accounting rule definitions and mapping so that payables postings complemented existing management accounting practices and monthly MIS reporting processes.
The deployment included interfacing the AP Automation application with core accounting ledgers and the treasury cash forecasting process to ensure timely flow of payment and cash position data into management accounts and treasury reporting. Operational coverage focused on finance and treasury teams responsible for monthly rolling cash forecasts, management accounts, covenant monitoring, and loan portfolio reporting, with the AP Automation application feeding reconciliations and payment outputs into those processes.
Governance and process change centered on redesigning approval workflows, codifying accounting rules within the application, and building operational procedures for payment runs and supplier setup. Knowledge transfer and user enablement activities were led by treasury finance staff, and workflows were adjusted to align AP Automation controls with existing reporting cadences and treasury oversight practices.

| NGA HR | Legacy | NGA ResourceLink | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2011 | 2011 |
In 2011, A2Dominion Group implemented NGA ResourceLink as its Core HR application to centralize HR information and reporting. The deployment focused on providing timely and accurate management information to support decision making and to ensure alignment of organisational structure data between Finance and HR.
NGA ResourceLink was configured to support payroll processing workflows and HR management information reporting, with a suite of scheduled and ad hoc reports produced from the system. Functional capabilities implemented included payroll interfaces and regulatory reporting such as Gender Pay Gap outputs, plus MI reporting delivered via advanced Excel and BI tooling referenced in role requirements, and ongoing creation and maintenance of HR report suites.
Integrations and operational coverage emphasized data alignment with Finance and close IT interfacing until MSD 365 was in place, with the application servicing HR transactional processes and payroll reporting across the organisation. The system supported HR lifecycle data management inputs and interfaced with IT teams to maintain data pathways required for HR and payroll operations.
Governance and process work centered on auditing data security and integrity, setting data management governance, and training HR and cross functional teams on correct data input practices. The HR MI Analyst role was instrumental in preparing and supporting the team and systems integrators for the Fit for the Future project, acting as lead for identifying HR requirements from a systems perspective and managing routine changes to Zellis ResourceLink formerly known as Northgate and other HR systems.
Operational responsibilities included producing the full suite of HR reports, programming and running regulatory reports, interpreting and presenting data with commentary, and advising the business on reporting capabilities. The implementation narrative positions NGA ResourceLink as the Core HR backbone for HR analytics, payroll reporting, and governance activities within A2Dominion Group.
