The implementation configured Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise to handle day to day invoice processing and cash posting, using standard ERP Financial functional workflows for AP, AR, and cash management. Operational use documented from Dec 2014 to Mar 2016 shows the accounting team processed and paid invoices daily for more than 1,300 residential properties and applied cash payments from HUD and vendors into QuickBooks.
Integration and governance controls included a process link with Yardi Voyager HUD P260 to formulate and generate HUD expense reimbursement invoices, and procedural controls to apply federal compliance guidelines for HUD reimbursements. Training and operational rollout included onboarding six temporary contractors in Dublin, Ohio on how to submit HUD reimbursements, which reflects localized accounting coverage and documented compliance training for HUD payment procedures within A2Z Field Services using Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise.
