The deployment was used alongside an Applicant Tracking System to coordinate candidate to hire orchestration between recruitment technology and Ceridian Dayforce HCM. Operational coverage centered on HR, People and store management stakeholders, with HR providing consultation, guidance, coaching and hands on expertise across recruiting, compensation and employee relations. Projects were developed and led by HR staff to implement programs, policies and procedures tied to the application. Governance emphasized a collaborative approach to problem solving and consultation across all levels of the organization, with the HR team using performance scorecards and standardized HR processes to operationalize talent management.
