In 2015, Aaha Foods implemented Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise as its ERP Financial core for transaction and financial recordkeeping. The deployment centralized invoicing and sales order processing to support the distributors day to day accounting workflows and sales operations.
The Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise implementation covered invoicing, creating sales orders, preparing credit memos, and daily auditing of sales returns. The team used Quickbooks Enterprise for importing and exporting sales, inventory, and accounting reports, and developed timed reports to capture hourly and daily sales activity for operational visibility.
The environment was operated alongside Fishbowl Inventory Software, with explicit operational integration between Quickbooks Enterprise and Fishbowl for barcode generation, purchase and billing entries, and inventory reporting. This pairing connected inventory transaction workflows to financial posting, enabling coordinated sales and stock reconciliation between the two systems.
Operational governance included daily collection of reports from the marketing team, coordination between sales and marketing on client issues and sales development, and escalation of issues to the General Manager. The program also encompassed front line customer care and conflict resolution workflows, and maintained a stated focus on high customer relationship and customer satisfaction rates.
