Operational coverage included field sales, service and supply chain functions and extended to coordination of a global equipment loaner pool for mercy missions around the world. Governance relied on recurring follow-up procedures for analyzer replacements and overdue loaners, plus weekly spreadsheets that reconciled ERP records with physical equipment locations, producing a hybrid ERP plus manual governance model to operationalize order to service orchestration. |
