The selection was delivered through regional distributor Office Information Australia and targeted digitization of approval workflows and version control across manufacturing quality operations.
Advantys WorkflowGen was configured to implement structured change control workflows and automation for Plant and QA processes, converting paper forms into managed electronic workflows and adding real-time analytics and reporting to support operational visibility. The vendor case reports the implementation was completed in less than two months and that the deployment enabled Abbott Singapore to maintain and update workflows in house.
