Governance and process controls were aligned to ABI sales posting policies and daily reporting routines, including the update and distribution of the ABI Charted Value daily report and maintenance of the master Sales Charted Value Payroll spreadsheet. Role responsibilities were explicit, requiring the Accounting Clerk to prepare bank deposits, post to the general ledger, and maintain sales and commission reporting within the Oracle NetSuite ERP environment.
