Operational coverage focused on the marketing and communications functions within ABIMO in Brazil, supporting donor and member outreach, newsletter distribution, and event promotion for a 50 person organization. Governance was established with role based access controls, approval workflows for campaign publishing, and list hygiene and data handling procedures to manage subscriber records and compliance. Rollout activities were targeted to a small marketing team and content owners, with documented procedures for campaign creation, segmentation, scheduling, and ongoing administration of Dinamize Automation.
