In 2016, Able UK implemented RedSky Accounting, deploying RedSky Accounting as the company ledger solution in the ERP Financial category to centralize core finance operations. The implementation placed invoice entry and purchase order processing into RedSky Accounting, aligning the application with day to day accounts payable workflows.
Accounts work streams documented during the implementation show explicit configuration for invoice matching and PO entry, with staff matching invoices to purchase orders and recording transactions directly in RedSky Accounting. Procurement activities continued to use contractor spreadsheets to identify contractors needing new assessment packages, with returned paperwork and contractor compliance status updated into the company systems as part of procurement record keeping. HR functions retained operational trackers for Absence, Holiday and Agency management, and prepared new employee starter packs as part of onboarding workflows.
Time capture was performed in the Timeware system, with all hours from timesheets entered into Timeware and financial posting of related labor costs conducted through the accounting team in RedSky Accounting. This implementation therefore connected timekeeping and finance through operational handoffs rather than describing a specific middleware integration, reflecting a finance centric deployment of RedSky Accounting across accounts, procurement and HR adjacent processes within Able UK.

In 2016, Able UK implemented Timeware Workforce Management. The Timeware Workforce Management deployment supported Workforce Management needs for the 100-employee construction and real estate firm operating in the United Kingdom, aligning HR, procurement and accounts business functions around centralized time and absence records.
The implementation concentrated on core time capture and workforce scheduling capabilities, with explicit use of absence management, holiday tracking, agency worker trackers and timesheet entry. HR maintained Starter Packs and onboarding records in Timeware Workforce Management, and the system was the authoritative source for employee hours recorded from submitted timesheets.
Procurement and contractor compliance workflows were executed through a combination of spreadsheet analysis and the Timeware system, procurement staff manipulated contractor spreadsheets to identify contractors needing new assessment packages, posted assessment packages into the system and updated returned paperwork in Timeware Workforce Management. Accounts activities remained operationally linked but distinct, accounts personnel matched invoices with purchase orders and entered those transactions into the Redsky system rather than into Timeware.
Operational governance emphasized centralized time and absence tracking under HR ownership, with procurement owning contractor assessment posting and accounts retaining invoice to purchase order reconciliation in Redsky. The deployment reflects a functional rollout focused on workforce administration, contractor compliance tracking and integration of manual spreadsheet workflows with system-held workforce records.
