In 2021 ABN AMRO Pensioenfonds expanded its use of Keylane Lifetime, leveraging the Keylane Lifetime platform for core Pension Administration functions across the trustee and benefits operations. In 2021 the fund initiated a project to consolidate its disbursement processing onto Keylane Plexus Disbursements to streamline payments and reduce total cost of ownership within the Netherlands.
The implementation centered on the Keylane Lifetime pension administration application with explicit adoption of the Plexus Disbursements module for payment orchestration and reconciliation. Functional capabilities implemented include centralized disbursement processing, payment file generation, and automated posting workflows consistent with Pension Administration operations.
Integrations were implemented to improve operational connectivity, notably interfaces with wage-declaration Loonaangifte flows to align pension disbursements with payroll reporting requirements in the Netherlands. Operational scope covered pension payment operations and benefits administration within ABN AMRO Pensioenfonds, with system usage referenced in Keylane customer materials.
Governance and rollout followed a phased program through 2021 into 2022, with the disbursements consolidation going live in January 2022. The January 2022 go-live is reported to have improved payment accuracy and integration with Loonaangifte interfaces, and the project objective included lowering total cost of ownership as stated in the customer case study.
