Inside Real Estate Legacy Inside Real Estate BoldTrail (ex kvCORE) Real Estate Property Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2021 2021
In 2021, Abrams deployed Inside Real Estate BoldTrail (ex kvCORE) to power website lead capture and property listing management as part of its Real Estate Property Management tooling. Inside Real Estate BoldTrail (ex kvCORE) was embedded on the Abrams website to capture consumer inquiries and surface active listings through site search and contact forms. The implementation centered on core Real Estate Property Management capabilities, including IDX enabled property search and onsite lead capture, a built in CRM for contact and pipeline management, listing management to publish and organize inventory, and automated lead nurturing sequences for follow up. Configuration emphasis was on mapping website inquiry flows into contact records, setting lead routing rules and configuring automated communication cadences to support small team sales workflows. Operational scope covered sales and marketing functions for the Abrams team in the United States, using the platform as the primary conduit from public website to internal contact and lead workflows. The rollout was a lightweight, single site deployment scaled to a 10 person firm, administered through the platform console to centralize contact management and standardize agent response procedures.
