Functional modules and configuration work covered finance, operations, supply chain, production, sales and HR, with specific rollout of D365 Talent Human Resources functionality such as Employee/Manager Self Service, performance management and learning management to over 3000 staff in 15 plus countries.
Rollout architecture used a centralized global template combined with country level deployments, commencing subsequent go lives to more than 25 legal entities across six continents. The program encompassed integrations and data migration work, cutover planning, go-live hypercare, and blended training delivery onsite and remote, while coexisting with a portfolio of custom applications including a Global Production System across the US, UK, Canada and Brazil and a mobile tablet sales order entry system used by over 500 global users.
Program governance included a 60 plus person global program team, C-suite steering group meetings, license management, budget and P L oversight and implemented project and task management processes and controls.
