Governance and process changes accompanied the rollout, including continual auditing of payroll and expense data, establishment of short and long term processes for departmental continuous improvement, and cross functional coordination between payroll, AP, and finance. The implementation positioned Accela to standardize expense processing within its Professional Services Automation stack while maintaining payroll execution in ADP WorkforceNow.
