In 2018, Accent Japan implemented 123FormBuilder on its corporate website to centralize customer inquiry capture and self-service form workflows within its Customer Experience stack. The 123FormBuilder deployment consists of web-embedded form instances hosted under a single vendor account and configured for inquiry, contact, and lead capture forms appearing across pages on accent-inc.jp. This implementation scopes to the company website and the small internal operations team responsible for front-line customer interactions, aligning the application with customer-facing business functions.
123FormBuilder was configured with standard form creation capabilities, conditional logic, file upload fields, notification rules, and data export workflows to support routine intake and processing. Administration and governance were handled by appointed account administrators who manage form templates, access controls, and publishing, while business users operate and update forms through the application interface. Data routing uses email notifications, CSV export, and webhook endpoints for downstream processing, enabling operational ownership by the teams that handle customer inquiries and follow-up.
