In 2022, Accenture Indonesia deployed the ON24 Digital Experience Platform on its public website to centralize webinar and on-demand content delivery. The ON24 Digital Experience Platform serves as a Collaboration layer for hosting live and simulive events, a searchable content hub, and audience engagement tooling across external-facing client engagement channels.
The implementation focused on configuration of standard event management and content modules, including event authoring and scheduling, registration and landing page templates, on-demand content libraries, interactive engagement features such as Q&A and polling, and analytics dashboards for session and attendee insights. These functional capabilities were provisioned to support recurring virtual events, gated content distribution, and resource sharing workflows.
Architecturally the platform is embedded on Accenture Indonesia's website as the public delivery tier, operated as a SaaS-delivered application that provisions public event pages and controlled attendee access. Operational scope centered on marketing, client engagement, and thought leadership teams across the Indonesia region, with centralized production scheduling and platform administration.
Governance was structured around role-based content authoring, moderation and editorial approval workflows, and standardized registration processes to align virtual event production with existing marketing operations. The implementation emphasized cross-functional coordination between content owners and digital operations to sustain a repeatable event cadence using the ON24 Digital Experience Platform.
