Alex validates the Agendrix-populated timesheets before exporting them to payroll, which reduced the need to reconcile multiple documents and simplified payroll preparation. The deployment impacted hourly staff and payroll workflows by centralizing time capture, enforcing recorded start break and end events, and making discrepancy review part of the timesheet validation process.
