Communications and roster notifications were managed through email and Message Media as part of routine administration, and the rostering officer handled filing, message handling and ongoing data reconciliation tasks. Governance emphasized centralized roster preparation and an approval chain routed through Team Leaders and management, with auditable reports and a roster review cadence used to manage scheduling changes. The configuration focus aligned with Workforce Management functional workflows for scheduling, availability management, leave administration and shift allocation, while data governance responsibilities were assigned to the rostering resource to maintain schedule integrity.
