In 2017, Acotubo Group implemented IFS ERP, an ERP Financial application, as the central management platform for transactional processing across the group. The deployment was positioned within the VIA project to centralize transactional activities in a single integrated management system and the IT area committed ongoing investment to expand automation and digitalization.
The IFS ERP implementation focused on core financial and transactional capabilities, consolidating finance ledgers, accounts receivable and payable workflows, and order-to-cash and inventory transactional processes to support manufacturing and distribution operations. The rollout emphasized configuration for sales order digitization and operational recordkeeping to support higher quality customer service and more consistent transaction processing across units.
Alongside IFS ERP, Acotubo developed and operated multiple digital systems including SIGA360, AÇOAPP, and AÇOFOOD, and initiated a digitization project for sales orders, creating an ecosystem of applications that work in concert with the ERP-driven transactional backbone. Logistics investments included OCR Technology for cargo weighing, capturing license plate images to store weight and freight data in the company’s digital files, and Canhoto Digital Comprovei for virtual delivery receipt recording and route tracking, extending digital transactional controls into inbound and outbound logistics.
Governance and rollout were led from the IT organization, which allocated roughly 1% of group revenue to technology and adopted Rapid Solutions rapid development practices for open source digital platforms. The IT and sales teams also developed a sales operations tool during the pandemic to monitor activities, record services, appointments and negotiations, and manage sales teams, contributing to increased productivity and quality in customer service and reinforcing Acotubo Group’s reputation for innovation in Brazil.

In 2023, Acotubo Group implemented Apdata Compensation Management. The deployment used Apdata do Brasil's GA Global Antares HR and payroll platform, with Apdata Compensation Management configured to address compensation and payroll workflows for the company's Brazil operations.
Configuration centered on Compensation Management capabilities including payroll calculation workflows, salary structures, and job and salary mapping, inferred from Apdata testimonial references to folha de pagamento and cargos e salários. Apdata Compensation Management was configured to manage personnel and payroll data, automating pay run preparation, statutory payroll elements, and compensation recordkeeping consistent with compensation management functional flows.
Integrations connected the Apdata Compensation Management application to Acotubo's ERP, enabling master data synchronization and transactional flows between HR and finance for payroll posting and personnel records. Operational scope covered HR and payroll functions across Acotubo Group's Brazil sites and centralized payroll processing for the 300 employee manufacturing organization.
Governance aligned HR and payroll teams to standardized compensation processes and automated routines, reducing manual handoffs and rekeying between systems. Apdata's testimonial cites automation and reductions in manual work for payroll and personnel processes as outcomes of the GA Global Antares platform and its Apdata Compensation Management deployment.
