In 2019 Acqua dell'Elba implemented Zucchetti Ad Hoc Infinity ERP in a deployment focused on consolidating transactional and HR workflows, positioning the application within the ERP Financial category. The decision targeted an integrated application footprint to eliminate fragmented data flows between retail, e-commerce and distribution channels and to provide consolidated operational visibility for management across business units. The Zucchetti Ad Hoc Infinity ERP implementation was modeled to reflect the company reorganization into separate business units for each sales channel, including single brand stores, direct e commerce, B2B Italy and B2B abroad. Functional modules deployed include AdHoc Infinity core financials, Infinity CRM for commercial processes, and the HR Attendance and Workflow suite, with a dedicated HR Portal configured to manage attendance rules, time capture logic, breaks and flexibility rules, and a centralized personnel data repository. Integrations were executed with the customer facing B2C e commerce platform and with the application infrastructure used to manage single brand stores, TGS Retail, leveraging Infinity Zucchetti openness to synchronize sales, inventory and customer records. Operational coverage extended across retail stores, online channels, agent and distributor interfaces, and the HR and payroll exchange points that feed the external payroll consultant. Governance and process changes included the rollout of an authorization flow for personnel requests, definition of a company organizational chart to route approvals, and rule based controls for site access and period specific entry criteria. The project consolidated personnel time management into self management workflows for employees, streamlined HR processing of attendance and payroll variables, and supplied management with unit level performance information to simplify operator activities and oversight.
