In 2019, ACS International deployed Xerox Docuprint for Print Management to centralize campus print services across its Singapore operations. The deployment consolidated high-volume production printing onto DocuPrint and PrimeLink devices and added a web-to-print storefront to support faculty and administrative print workflows.
Core functional components included print management software Equitrac and PaperCut, configured for secure print release, user authentication, job accounting, and cost allocation across education functions. Xerox Docuprint served as the production printing layer while the web-to-print storefront enabled online submission and queueing for course materials and institutional print jobs.
FUJIFILM Business Innovation Singapore led the implementation and integrated the DocuPrint and PrimeLink devices with the Equitrac and PaperCut environment and the web storefront. Operational scope concentrated on campus administration and education operations within Singapore, centralizing output from multiple departments into a managed print architecture.
The rollout established new governance for print provisioning, monitoring, and cost visibility, aligning departmental workflows with centralized print controls. Reported outcomes included improved document security, approximately 40% reduction in administrative time spent on print tasks, and approximately 20% cost savings in Singapore.
